'The Way Youth' teaches about the 3 E's:

ENGAGE with everyone to affect them.  Proclaim the good news of salvation found in Jesus Christ!

Equip yourself with education and encouragement! Help people grow up spiritually, and help them learn about their identity in Christ to build up their faith on a strong foundation!

Empower others by helping them use their God given talents to move up into higher levels of intimacy with God, and help them spread their influence to others!
